When drafting your academi/research project for semester 2, make sure you have fulfilled the requirement specified throughout the computer lab and theoretical sessions (see "5 Paragraph Essay_MARKING Scheme" in Documents). You are reminded that the word limit is 600-800 words and that you must expoit at least 6 academic sources (journal papers, books, official internet sources etc).
Most of the titles have been negotiated in class but in case that you have missed this opportunity they should derive from the topics dealt with in the 5 units of your coursebook "English for Academic Discussion" by G.V. Diamantis (in a narrowed down form): Human Cloning, Life Long Learning, Death Penalty, Mass Media, NGOs.
Please note that you have to submit your essay both electronically through the eclass (Assignments, Week 9) and in print (a hard copy) to your instructor by 31st May (Tuesday at 15.15 in the classroom, Room 104)
