Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The objective is to enhance the reading skills and strategies and broaden the relevant vocabulary. Therefore, there's a collection of authentic and adapted materials intended to expose students interested in Maritime Studies to reading texts related to maritime discipline.Each lesson starts with some theoretical background on reading skills followed by pre-reading activities aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills to read more effectively.After this, students are required to actively engage in deducing the meaning of certain more advanced words from context by means of vocabulary exercises.
