In the "Principles of Management" course, students will explore fundamental concepts and practices essential for effective management in today's dynamic environment. The course begins with an introduction to management, where students will become familiar with the challenges of the new economy, describe organizational settings and understand the roles and functions of managers.

Subsequent lectures will delve into the ethical dimensions of management, the global business landscape, and strategic planning processes. Students will learn about organizational structures, leadership development, and the human resource management process.

Additionally, the course will cover effective communication, collaboration, and control mechanisms, equipping students with the skills to navigate conflicts, negotiate successfully, and implement controls in various organizational contexts.

By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of key management principles and how to apply them effectively in real-world situations.
