This course will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the commercial and legal issues involved in marine insurance. The principles, markets and providers of marine insurance to shipowners, cargo owners and involved interests and the legal implications of the cover provided are examined. The module explores issues which are fundamental to any party involved in international trade and transport.
