(a) UN (United Nations) overview - history, principles, scope and bodies based on the
UN Charter;
(b) Analysis of the SC's (Security Council) mandate;
(c) Outline of the ICJ's (International Court of Justice) establishment & function based on
its Statute; and
(d) Examination of the legal personality of the International Organizations.

(a) Context of the CoE (Council of Europe) - history, establishment, principles,

and areas of responsibility.

CoE and the NATO; and
