In-class oral presentation
Your presentation will be judged on:
- Content
- Organization/Recognizable Structure
- Poise and Enthusiasm
- Use of Visual/Audio aids-video analyzing[1]
- Eye Contact
- Use of Voice
- Use of Time
- Presenters should use the PowerPoint slides as their guide- no extra script will be allowed to be used during their presentation
Note: Make sure you have the following:
- 1 slide introduction
- 1 slide key terms in context
- 1 slide with references (bibliography)
- One take home handout which displays the main points of your presentation for the audience members to take them home- copies should be made to be distributed to your peers
- A colored printout of your presentation which will be submitted to your instructor on the day of your presentation
Guidelines:
- 2-3 people (everyone must have his/her turn in speaking –time should be equally distributed)
- 15-20 minutes MAX (depending on the number of speakers in each group)
